1. Ordering a Product

When you have found a product you wish to purchase. Continue to browse the site and add as many different items as you wish. All the products will be stored in your shopping basket.

2. View Basket

You can check your order at any time by clicking on the Basket link towards the top right-hand-side of the page. This will list all the items that you have added to your basket. You can also use this screen to remove unwanted items, check details of a product or alter quantities.

To remove an item, just click the 'REMOVE' button alongside the item. To alter a quantity, enter the correct quantity in the quantity box and click the 'UPDATE' button.

Tip - You can check the basket as often as you wish.

3. Check Out

When you are ready to complete your purchase, if you are not already at the 'basket' stage click on the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to your basket.

You will be asked to select your chosen method of payment, 'Pay now with credit /debit card' or 'Use this finance'.

For your security and piece of mind our checkout is hosted on a secure server using 128-bit encryption to securely transfer your personal information.

If you are a new customer you will now need to create a new account; enter your email address and chosen password then complete the personal information requested.

If you've previously shopped with All Terrain Cycles, login using your registered account details (email address and password) and your personal details will be retrieved.

Remember to change the Delivery Address if required.

Enter your credit/debit card details as requested or fill in the finance form.

Place a tick in the check box at the bottom to indicate you have read the terms and conditions.

You can now sign up for our newsletter and if you are a new customer to All Terrain let us know how you found out about us.

Then click on the 'Complete Order'.

A confirmation of your order will appear on screen and will be emailed to you.

Finance

Many products in our range have finance options. When browsing our product range you are shown if finance is available. To select the finance option click on the finance button which is displayed below your basket, you will also be able to select at this point the preferred monthly repayments.

Tax Free Sales

Within the European Union (EU) Value Added Tax (VAT) is added to all retail sales, similar to Sales Tax in the USA and the Far East.

Shipments to all countries within the EU are charged VAT at the UK rate of 20%

Shipments to all countries outside the EU (and this includes the Channel Islands) are not charged VAT and goods are shipped exclusive of VAT. VAT is automatically deducted from goods in your basket if US Dollars ($) or AUS Dollars (A$) is selected as the unit of currency.

For other currencies where VAT does not apply it will be deducted at the point of sale by our mail order staff before despatch. VAT is applicable to the country we ship to (the delivery address) not your country of residence. Please note that there may be import duties due on the goods you are buying. We suggest you contact your local customs office to find out if any duties apply.

We also operate a Retail Export Scheme for overseas customers visiting our Salts Mill Shop, whereby you can apply for a VAT refund if you intend to leave the UK for a final destination outside the European Union within three months of the date of purchase. You will be asked to complete form VAT 407 which must be presented with the goods for certification by HM Customs and Excise when you depart from the European Union.

Non-UK Residents

If you are a non-UK resident or are living outside the UK for at least6 months you can remove VAT from your order. To do this simply click the option near the bottom of the basket page or click the option near the bottom-left of the initial checkout page.
