Product Details

Regular lubrication of bicycle chains addresses annoying squeaks and noises, and extends the life of the chain and drivetrain components. Formulated using PTFE and a proprietary blend of oils, Park Tool CL-1 Chain Lube works great in wet or dry conditions. It penetrates, reduces friction, prolongs component life, displaces moisture, and protects parts from rust and corrosion. Compatible with all bicycle chains. Also works great as general-purpose light lubricant for use on bicycle brake and derailleur cables and housing, spoke nipples, and derailleur and brake pivots.

  • Reformulated with all PTFE ingredients removed, the Park Tool CL-1.2 retains the all-round performance of the original CL chain lube but in a more environmentally-conscious formulation
  • Penetrates into the links, reducing friction, prolonging component life, displacing moisture, and protecting your chain from rust and corrosion
  • A light 'wet' lube suitable for all round use, whilst it may not out-perform more specific lubes in excessively wet or bone-dry and dusty conditions, for everything in between, CL-1.2 is a dependable go-to chain lube, great for those who'd rather ride than worry about what oil they have on their chain
