We deliver to most European countries via our website, charges and delivery times vary from country to country.

We do not currently deliver outside of Europe via our website, if you are outside of Europe and would like to order please call our sales team to get a delivery quote on +44 1274 588 488

Shipping Costs


£3.99 for orders less than £50.00, Free postage on orders over £50.00 excluding Trek Bikes, Electric Bikes and Tandems

Note: When ordering bikes there is no additional delivery charge for other items.

EU and Europe

EU Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, The Irish Republic, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (but not the Canary Islands), Sweden

The cost of carriage to EU and European Countries is £15.99 on all orders regardless of value except those including bulky items as additional postage costs may be incurred e.g. Bikes (£99.99), Frames (£75), Wheels (£50). All Terrain Cycles will contact you once the order is placed with a revised shipping cost and for authorisation when applicable.

Warehouse Collect // Delivery Policy


The Warehouse is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm for collection of goods. Warehouse Collect is only available for online orders – you will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email or text.

Returns can be brought back to the Warehouse, and we will endeavour to resolve exchanges whenever possible on the day but this may not always be possible due to stock and manpower.


Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.

Our Returns Policy

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • All Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
  • Goods can be returned to the Store for a refund or exchange. A Completed Returns form must accompany all goods returned to the store; the refund however will be processed by the Mail Order Customer Service Staff and not by the Store Staff so the refund may not be immediate.

Faulty, Damaged Or Broken Goods

All goods purchased from All Terrain Cycles are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from All Terrain Cycles has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned:-

Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil. Goods must be accompanied with Completed Returns Form. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered but we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!

New items returned because we have posted the wrong item

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card.
  • Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

Fast track return option

If you are in an extreme hurry to get your return processed, you can opt for an All Terrain Cycles Fast Track Return. With this option, you simply place a new order for the replacement item and we will charge and send the order out to you as normal. Then you can simply return the original item for a refund.

You will be charged in full for the replacement goods when they are sent out. The Fast Track Return Option can only be processed on new items for exchange and does not apply to faulty, damaged or warranty inspection items.

  • The original items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • We will refund your card on receipt of the returned item.

Home Delivery by Experts

All Terrain Cycles are now offering a Home Delivery service.

Our Cytech qualified mechanics will first make sure that your bike is fully checked and ready to ride.

Then we will deliver it completely assembled direct to your home or place of work for £50.00.

This is the ideal service if you intend to purchase an Electric bike or a Trek bike, that cannot be sent by traditional mail order.

Our delivery driver will be able to demonstrate the features and controls of your new bike, as well as assisting you with setting up the bike to optimise your riding position.
