At All Terrain Cycles, we want every ride to begin with confidence and end with a smile. We hope you’re delighted with your purchase and the service you receive from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will do everything we can to put it right.

Once we receive your complaint, a member of our team will review the details and aim to provide a response within 3–5 working days. If more time is needed, we’ll keep you informed and updated throughout the process.
For purchases regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, if you’re not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. This must be done within six months of our final response or from the date of an 8-week holding letter. Full details can be found at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
