Underneath, we find a reinforced double-layer fabric insert, thanks to which the Cluster 20 WP is resistant to any contact with the rear wheel and acts as a mudguard. The bag attaches to the seat post with two resistant Velcro straps coated internally with a non-slip material that guarantees excellent grip and reduces potential abrasion on the seat post by 50%.
