Tendril 10.7 Waterproof is a completely waterproof handlebar bag.

The Tendril 10.7 WP can be mounted on both drop bar and MTB handlebars. The Tendril 10.7 WP is designed to hold everything you need for the night: sleeping bag, sleeping pad, inflatable pillow, clothing, extra food, etc. We recommend using a dry bag for items that need to stay absolutely dry.
