This genuine Ritchey Stem Shim adaptor allows forks with a 25.4mm (1") steerer to be used with 28.6mm (1-1/8") diameter stems.
The alloy shim also converts forks with a 28.6mm (1"-1/8") steerer to be compatible with 31.8mm (1-1/4") diameter stems
