The Stan’s DART Tool, first unveiled in 2019 and refined in 2025 as the Original DART Tool, is designed specifically for tubeless bicycle tyre repair.
It includes a stainless steel insertion rod and two laser-cut DART plugs that conform to irregular punctures caused by trail debris or road hazards. Treated with a reactive solution, the DART plugs form both a chemical and mechanical seal when combined with tubeless sealant, effectively repairing punctures too large for sealant alone. The tool’s moulded plastic body also features a Presta valve core remover for convenient on-the-go sealant top-offs. Compact and lightweight, the tool is ideal for carrying in a small pack pocket.
