STORE COLLECT

The Salts Mill store is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm for collection of goods. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email or text.

Returns can be brought back to the store, and we will endeavour to resolve exchanges whenever possible on the day but this may not always be possible due to stock.

UK DELIVERY POLICY

Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.

All parcels must be signed for, unless you have previously given your consent, at the time of placing your order, for the consignment to be left somewhere without a signature.

Please note if your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage.

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • All Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
  • Goods can be returned to the Store for a refund or exchange. A Completed Returns form must accompany all goods returned to the store; the refund however will be processed by the Mail Order Customer Service Staff and not by the Store Staff so the refund may not be immediate.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS

All goods purchased from All Terrain Cycles are covered by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from All Terrain Cycles has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned:-

Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil. Goods must be accompanied with Completed Returns Form. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered but we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!

 

NEW ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE WE HAVE POSTED THE WRONG ITEM

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what you have ordered we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning the item.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • You will have to pay the cost to return the goods but we will then refund these costs to you once safely received.

    FAST TRACK RETURN OPTION

    If you are in an extreme hurry to get your return processed, you can opt for an All Terrain Cycles Fast Track Return. With this option, you simply place a new order for the replacement item and we will charge and send the order out to you as normal. Then you can simply return the original item for a refund.

    You will be charged in full for the replacement goods when they are sent out. The Fast Track Return Option can only be processed on new items for exchange and does not apply to faulty, damaged or warranty inspection items.

With this option, you simply place a new order for the replacement item and we will charge and send the order out to you as normal. Then you can simply return the original item for a refund.

        You will be charged in full for the replacement goods when they are sent out. The Fast Track Return Option can only be processed on new items for exchange and does not apply to faulty, damaged or warranty inspection items.

        • The original items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
        • Goods must be in original packaging.
        • Goods must not be fitted or used.
        • We will refund your card on receipt of the returned item.
